WEEKLY LOG 6 – 12 JUNE 2011

This week is Standard Chartered Week. I entered the 10km event which is my second ever (my first was the Larian Bomba).

You may have noticed 3 days of rest this week. I wasn’t feeling very well and I think I am exhausted from work as well as from my triathlon training. The three rest days I took really helped me and I felt stronger in the weekend.
You should read thursday’s post where I wrote about the book I’m writing called ‘ReActivate Your Life- How To Make Changes and Achieve Anything You Want In Your Life‘. This book is long overdue and I finally decided to start writing it. All my focus is on getting it done as well as planning the promotion and marketing of the book.
Life is pretty hectic at the moment. Hectic yet fulfilling.
