Today is cross train day. This is the time when I would get on my eliptical trainer for some 65% MHR low effort and low impact exercise.
Today I did a simple 30 minutes workout on the elliptical trainer. I have to reduce my workout considerably in the next few days in preparation for my 7km running event on saturday- the FT Day Run
I told myself that the 7km run would be a simple one and I’m not attempting any records or anything. I do want to run it in under 60 mins which is achievable for me base on the kind of pacing I get from the 5km.
The FT Day 7km will mostly be about getting the experience of a running event. I still don’t have a clue what to expect and hope I don’t end looking silly.
